HOW DO I APPLY MY PROMO CODE?
You can apply your code at checkout, in the “Gift/Discount code” box under your order total.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM WON IN A CONTEST?
Unless it is a matter of sizing in shoes, promotional gifts and contest winnings cannot be exchanged for other products or for credit vouchers.
WHEN DOES MY PROMO CODE EXPIRE?
Each code has a different expiry date. Please contact our Customer Team for further confirmation.
Orders & Payments
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
Domestic: We accept Debit/Credit cards, PayTM, Google Pay, Net Banking, and COD (with an Rs.150 fee).
Credit voucher: can be used against any order value, either below or above the credit voucher amount. However, If the value of the credit voucher is less than the order value, then the remaining amount of the credit voucher will not be refunded or adjusted towards another order. Additionally, if the order value is more than the credit voucher amount, the overhead value of the order will have to be paid separately
CAN I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you may, 48 hours after placing the order and the order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Team at the Earliest to change/cancel your order. Customised orders cannot be cancelled.
WHAT IS LIMITED EDITION PRODUCT?
We offer some styles for sale on a limited basis. All you need to do is click on the PRE ORDER button on a respective product page to place an order.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
Yes, we request you to get in touch with our Customer Team for more information on trade discounts and time period.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found in the ‘My Account’ section on the website.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are not damaged, unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags along with the sale invoice. Prisca shall have the sole discretion to decide wether a product is damaged, unused or unworn.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it will be mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won, discounted products or received in promotional offers, are not eligible for return.
WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?
You will get a store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products. Please note, Cash on Delivery fees, Loyalty reward points, and shipping charges are not refundable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
For domestic orders: 15 to 30 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on international orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
It will take 15-20 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Team for expedited delivery.
