Shipping policy
Our shoes are handcrafted in small batches, and every order is made-to-order with care. Your pair will be ready in about 3 weeks/ 20-25 days from the time you place your order.
We believe good things take time, and your patience allows us to create something truly special. Once your pair is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey home.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid any hiccups. If you’d like an update along the way, simply reach out and we’ll share what stage your pair is in.
International Orders Policy
At House of Prisca, we’re delighted to share our designs with customers worldwide. To make your shopping experience clear and smooth, please review the following terms for international orders:
1. Shipping Charges
• International shipping rates will be confirmed at the time of order.
• In some cases, promotional offers may cover shipping costs, but unless stated otherwise, these charges are payable by the customer.
2. Customs Duties & Taxes
• Import duties, VAT, and/or other country-specific taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
• These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs department and are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Timelines
• We dispatch international orders promptly, but delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and local courier processes.
• Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.
4. Packaging & Product Care
• All orders are packed with care to minimize transit-related issues.
• In the rare case of minor damages caused during international shipping, House of Prisca cannot offer replacements or refunds. We will, however, be happy to guide you with local repair suggestions so you can enjoy your pair.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• At present, we are unable to accept international returns or exchanges.
• Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order. For assistance, our team is always available to guide you prior to purchase.
