We make each pair with love (and a little magic), so here’s how preorders work at House of Prisca:
1. Made for you, not the masses
Your preorder means your pair is reserved before it’s even made — ensuring the perfect fit and fresh-from-the-workshop quality.
2. Dispatch timelines
Each design has its own crafting time, usually 3 weeks. These timelines are subject to change but we are happy to be transparent about the updates and new timelines incase of delay! Please feel free to reach out anytime.
3. Payment
Preorders are paid in full at checkout. This secures your place in line and lets our artisans get to work.
4. Updates along the way
We’ll keep you posted via email or text messages at key stages — from “in production” to “ready to ship.” No ghosting, promise.
5. Changes & cancellations
Preorders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, materials are sourced and work begins, so cancellations aren’t possible.
6. Shipping
Once your pair is ready, we’ll ship it via Shiprocket or local courier. Tracking details will land in your inbox or WhatsApp as soon as it’s on the way.
7. International preorders
Yes, we ship worldwide! Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
