At House of Prisca, every piece is made with love—and made to order. That means we don’t keep ready stock, and each pair is handcrafted just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

But we understand that sometimes, things happen. Here’s everything you need to know:

 

 

 

💔 Received a Faulty Item?

 

We’ve got you. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at info.teamprisca@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your product.
  2. Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Full Name
    • Contact Information
    • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  3. Once verified, we’ll issue you Store Credit equal to your order value, valid for 6 months. You can use this credit toward a new pair of equal or higher value—and we’ll ship the replacement to you free of charge.

 

🛍️ Want to Exchange for a Different Size?

 

We offer a one-time size exchange for our shoes under these conditions:

  • The shoes must be unworn, tried only on a carpeted surface
  • They must be returned in original packaging, with all tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags intact
  • You must ship them back to us within 7 working days of receiving your order (shipping cost borne by you)

Once we receive and inspect the pair, we’ll begin making your new size. Standard production timelines apply.

 

📦 What You Can’t Return or Exchange:

  • Customised or Made-to-Measure orders
  • Sale pieces — these are final sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
  • Shoes that are worn, soiled, or returned without packaging
  • Items returned without prior email communication

Once bought, we consider it Sold for Forever! 💘


🔁 Store Credit Policy

 

  • Issued only for genuine quality issues or eligible returns
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used to purchase another item of equal or higher value
  • If you’re unsure whether your request qualifies, just reach out to us — we’ll always try to be fair (and kind).
