What is the return exchange policy?

Since all our products are Made-to-Order, we do not offer refunds on any goods once sold. However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section) or there’s a size/ fit issue, then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for a store credit within 7 days if they meet our terms and conditions.

How do I avail my store credit?

Credit voucher: can be used against any order value, either below or above the credit voucher amount. However, If the value of the credit voucher is less than the order value, then the remaining amount of the credit voucher will not be refunded or adjusted towards another order. Additionally, if the order value is more than the credit voucher amount, the overhead value of the order will have to be paid separately.
